We started with an old Christmas tree farm. Dion and CRx built us a solid, beautiful, well-insulated modern home on that land. They were easy to work with and came up with many great design ideas along the way. Especially happy about geothermal heat pumps, solar, electrical plan, internet connectivity, and coordination for pool and spa installation.

The team has high expectations and sharp eyes for quality, and anything installed was gone over with a fine toothed comb to ensure that it lived up to our and their expectations. Even some things we would have never noticed to be an issue was replaced. CRx aims to please. Plus the team is very friendly, pleasant and professional. They sent us photos and videos updates through BuilderTrend, met with us frequently, helped us tremendously with selections, and built us our dream home in a timely fashion.

Dion and his team were an absolute pleasure to do business with. They exceeded our expectations from the infancy stages to the completion of our project. They were extremely professional, punctual and effectively communicated with us during every step of the way. Their attention to detail and concern for our satisfaction was most impressive.
